    Created 10 years ago, Green sur mesure is now expanding throughout France. Today, it is a key player in its segment, with numerous economic, logistical and organizational advantages for franchisees.

    Initially operated exclusively at lunchtime in office zones to reach a clientele of white-collar workers, the Green sur mesure concept is now opening up to city-center, shopping center and mixed-use locations, to enable lunchtime and evening operations on 7 days of the week. The Midi operating format, called “Green Business” because it is designed for office areas, has now been extended to include the “Green City” operating format for high-flow locations.
